This is the sweetest lover boy that will follow you around like a puppy dog. Standing 13.2 hands with excellent conformation, Doc would be perfect for the kids or smaller adults. He has great bone structure and the best feet. He runs barefoot.
Doc rides the very best. He is very versatile and we have done a little bit of everything on him. He has the most comfortable slow jog and rocking chair lope on a draped rein. You can sit on him all day he’s so smooth and easy.
Doc has cute correct spins and a great “whoa”. He will ground tie where you drop a rein and stand like a statue to mount and dismount. We have ridden him all over our ranch and even roped on the sled and breakaway steers. He’s naturally cowy and fun to use to gather and sort cattle. Doc side passes to the gates and will go over all the trail obstacles with ease. Nothing bothers this cute little guy and he’s been exposed to a lot. He will ride english and bareback too. He has been over small jumps and likes it. He rides quietly through town with busy traffic, motorcycles, bicycles, strollers, and crowds of people. He’s not watchy or spooky in anyway.
Doc enjoys being trail ridden and is perfectly fine alone or a gentleman in a group. He will lead or follow and walk back to the barn on a loose rein. He has been around blowing tarps, gunfire, crazy dogs, camels, buffalo, and all kinds of wildlife. Doc has excellent ground manners and is safe for the little kids to run around him, groom, bathe, and cuddle him. Whether you want to go show him or just pleasure ride him, Doc is the perfect “My Little Pony” unicorn.
